Returns, Exchanges, and Product Issues

At BuzzScore, our priority is the satisfaction and success of our esteemed business partners. We acknowledge that occasional issues may arise with our products. Be assured, we are fully dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless experience for you.

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you ample time to request a refund from the date of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, accompanied by a receipt or purchase confirmation.

Upon approval of the return, we'll furnish a return authorization along with comprehensive instructions and the return address. Please note that return shipping expenses are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for secure item return. Moreover, we kindly ask for a tracking number or receipt upon shipment to facilitate monitoring until the item reaches our warehouse. Upon receipt, we'll promptly process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

You have two options for exchanges:

  • Return the product, place a new order for the desired item, and receive a refund upon return item receipt.
  • Alternatively, wait for the return to arrive, and we'll process a new order, applying the credit accordingly.

Damages and Product Issues:

Promptly inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24-48 hours of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This allows us to swiftly investigate and resolve the matter for your satisfaction.

In specific cases of malfunctioning, prompt identification of the issue is crucial. We may request additional information such as photos, videos, or detailed descriptions for accurate assessment. Your cooperation is valued and aids in enhancing our products and services.

Every purchase is backed by a 90-day warranty from the delivery date, ensuring operational integrity and guarding against manufacturing defects.

To initiate a return request, please email sales@buzzscore.ca with your order number and pertinent information based on your concern.

Shipping & Delivery:

By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to our delivery issue procedure. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided during checkout.

Pre-shipment cancellations are only possible before shipping. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

For items in transit:

  • No cancellations or refunds once shipped.
  • In case of delayed delivery, contact us after 10 business days for investigation and resolution.

For non-delivery issues:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • We'll investigate and take appropriate action to either reship or provide instructions for reclaiming your package.

For items marked as delivered:

  • Verify delivery claims with the carrier and explore possible locations.
  • BuzzScore is not liable for loss or theft post-delivery.
